Why the most boring chinese anime get subs while the better ones (like Chu Feng: Eden Zhi Zi) does not get subs past episode 3 ???

I guess her lil conning scheme is working out perfectly, cause the way these turn of events play'n out is going directly in her favor from the looks of it, just wondering if she be on Karma hit list later on tho.
